Since its inception, the SAA has set the ICASA registration fee based on economic realities both in Africa and globally. To ensure maximum attendance at the ICASA conference, it’s worth noting that the registration fee has remained unchanged since ICASA 2015 in Zimbabwe.

• After you click next, your account will be created and you will be redirected to the registration page.

Mandatory Requirements

 

To register as a media representative, you must submit the following requirements for all members of the crew and not only the team/crew leader to media@saafrica.org:

      • Letter of assignment
      • Copy of press ID of the applicant 
      • Copy of the applicant’s passport

All submitted credentials will be thoroughly checked and verified by the ICASA 2025 Conference Secretariat and additional credentials may be requested by the host country before accreditation is approved

 

 

Letter of Invitation

It is your responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for Ghana and apply for a visa if necessary (web address here). You may request a Letter of Invitation from the organisers. This document should be submitted to the embassy when applying for a visa.

You first need to register for the Conference and be accredited before a Letter of Invitation will be sent to your preferred email address. The Letter of Invitation does not financially obligate the Conference organisers in any way.

All expenses incurred in relation to the Conference are the sole responsibility of the delegate.
